It won't have escaped anybody's attention that Dykes scored twice against Ukraine after coming on as a sub last night.

Forgot that game was on last night but just watched the highlights.

Two headers from Lyndon, well one came off his neck/shoulder, he was badly marked for the first and not marked at all for the second. Nevertheless he took both goals well, the sort of chances he would usually miss for us.

You would like to think that this signalled an upturn in Lyndon's confidence and form but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Maybe he gained some confidence by taking over the captain's armband from Johansen when he was subbed last game for us!!!
