You could be right - I assumed it was a loan because of our keeper situation but the offish article just says he's a signing. He's got a good pedigree.

We love a keeper at Rangers. At the moment we have 5 first team keepers and 5 U23 keepers. It does beg the question why Dillon Barnes' contract was extended last summer given he's been nowhere near the first team.
