Once again our strikers fired blanks with both goals coming from defenders

If we had a striker, who was capable of 12-15 goals in a season, we would be mid table
We don't have strikers just men running around up front.πŸ˜‰
But I agree 100%. Hopefully we can get rid of Frey and Dykes this summer and get a couple of 10-15 goals a season strikers in. We would be a very decent team then.
The team has really improved under Marti and the last pieces of the puzzle are up front.

We create precious few clear cut chances for our strikers, whether it's Dykes, Armstrong or Frey. None of them are regularly missing sitters.

The problem is more a lack of genuine creativity, plus poor decision making or delivery when we do get into decent attacking positions. For me, Chair is particularly frustrating in this regard, although he's still our joint top scorer and has the most assists.
Are headphones getting bigger, or are idiots getting smaller ?

Agreed. Chair thinks he's better than he is.
