2 teams with blunt strike forces. 0-0 is starting to look very likely with 20 minutes to go, which wouldn't be too bad.

I'll take the draw today. A point on the road is decent. We do have to start scoring soon again however to win games.

Not a bad result by any means. The next three games are massive, especially the home games against Birmingham and Sheffield Wednesday. I think six points from those three matches would get us very close to safety.

Pleased that we didn't loose but a win and a 4 point cushion would have been nice. Sunderland were there for a beating so it's unfortunate we were as blunt as them .

Well, I haven't seen any of the action but comments on various boards and TV and radio are as one - it was an absolute shambles.
A great chance to open a bit of a gap spurned.
If it comes down to us needing good results from the last three of four games of the season, I think we are in deep trouble.

I think it's fair to assume that is going down to the last few games.
Keep an open mind, but not so open that your brain falls out.

I saw the whole game live and it wasn't anywhere near shambles.
We weren't at our best but we certainly weren't shambles.
I know I sound like a broken record but it's our lack of a decent striker that is keeping us at the wrong end of the table.
I really hope one of them will find some kind of goal scoring form for the remainder of the season.

Fair enough, I was only going on the comments from various sources. But this team nearly always lets us down when push comes to shove.
Given the slop they've served up and the no-shows by various players over the last few seasons, I can't imagine myself deleriously clapping them off the pitch if they do manage to stay up.

Maybe it's a good thing that people are calling todays showing shambles. It means the bar has been raised by quite a bit because we have been playing pretty well the past months.
We have all seen the REAL shambles at the start of this season.

I feel that the Birmingham game is the crucial one. Win and we really pull away, lose and we are in big, big trouble and draw we live to fight another day.

Just spoke to a friend who was at the match, via the GPO speaking telephonic service.
Not a happy bunny, he says Sunderland were there for the taking with their massive injury list and losing run, but we didn't have the application to press home the advantage.
So, we're all a bundle of nerves ahead of the Brum game. It didn't have to be like this.
