I suppose these days you have to be happy with a point against Rotherham.
Both teams had lively spells and at the same time both teams showed why they are where they are.
Still a long way to go for us. Let's hope Marti can move us forward in the coming weeks.
Our support was great today. Well done to everyone there!

Well we really could have done with a win today.

Something to build on for Marti though, he got to have a good look at the players in action and a point away is a point away (even if our home form is worse than our away form).

From the game stats we seem to have been far more progressive today. A change from the 30% possession and 1 shot we had gotten used to.

Yeah think after the playing that way for so long it may take a few sessions to get through and into to our players skulls. Nice to see chair scoring again.
If we are not too far gone and still have any money left then we should definitely get a few players in and get shot of a few hangers on during the next transfer window.

Disappointing not to have got the win, but that's the most lively I've seen the team in a long time.
1 game in and Marti has a quarter of the draws his predecessor got 🙃

Good game to watch, first impressions are that the players looked happier today which was reflected in their football. A remarkable turnaround really after only three training sessions, at times in the first half it was like watching a Mark Warburton team the way we were passing the ball around. We created chances and their goalie, who played well, got lucky with one save.

Rotherham should have been beaten, they only had that brief spell of dominance at the time of their goal, but I think with Gaz in charge we would of lost again today.

Set peices were mainly disappointing again something that Marti will have noticed but at least our dominance brought about so many corner kicks. Defence looked shaky at times but Sam Field was usually there to help out. Overall more positives than negatives.

On to Bristol and a home game which I am really looking forward to. Let's see what Marti can do after another five training sessions.

Something, anything in the form of improvement is required today.
Come on you R's!
We most definitely got it.
