Agreed SM that is the question.
Difficult to think of any others bearing in mind that Gareth is still quite new in the job and took over a club in a mess.

Perhaps then the question may be, why is the club in such a mess?
It never hurts to ask again about youth development and new stadium

2. What - specifically- are you doing to improve that?
3. How many sites are you looking at for a new stadium?

5. Have you seen what Brentford, Brighton & Luton have done? Have you in any way thought to replicate the model, ie poaching staff?
