Shouldn't think so. Not rated by successive managers but I thought he looked OK.
Obviously, my football knowledge is close to zero though.
I thought Dickie had shed his demons after the Watford match but he looks forlorn now. He needs a fresh club and has clearly shot his bolt with us.

I thought he looked good to start with but then seemed to lose a bit of confidence. Gills are apparently hoping to keep him. Yeah can you imagine if either or both our Cb's get suspended or injured. Was just crazy relying only on Salter .

Totally agree, especially if (as expected) there was no recall clause. He would be starting over Dickie if he was still at the club.
