The ludicrous situation where people are trying to make out that presenting a football show takes great skill. Terry Mancini did it with a wig on in the 70's and was still better than Lineker. Any old pro can do it FFS (within reason). These people are so far up themselves it beggars belief.

Dunno about that but I find this brouhaha with Lineker and the BBC annoying.
Of more concern to me is the dumbing down of the BBC. Most of the BBC's output would struggle to get on children's TV as it used to be.

Looks like Lineker is coming back. What the Beeb should do in that case is dismiss Shearer and Wright for breach of contract and any other gobscheiser who refused to "work".
