It’s a shame but I assume the silence is deafening.
Surely he could come out and say he’s not going if he had no intention. I only wanted him if we know where we stand week to week until the end of a season. If he can’t give us this then he might as well go. If he does go to rangers, he will one day do the same to him when a better offer comes up.

Agreed with paragraphs two and three, but if he does go I hope the club have someone else lined up. It looks as if Critchley may be going to Bournemouth so we may have to look elsewhere.

Choosing an unproven manager is a very dicey business. Liam Manning was favourite for quite a long time last season and MK Dons are struggling this season.

I am of the opinion like most of you that the longer this drags on, the less forgiving both the wider QPR fanbase and the board will be toward MB. Perhaps, just perhaps, his recent vulture view from the stands at Ibrox has again unsettled our squad and this has equated to some recent poor form? Not so much, MB is looking elsewhere because of the recent results, but his behaviour is the catalyst for such poor results?

I'm inclined to think that he maybe needs to go if this is gonna' happen every month and I get that we need a replacement, sure. As others have said though, this could easily be quashed and the longer this drags on, the QPR board could well (within their rights) sack him (Beale) anyway.

All the risk is on MB now is the way I see it. This side of the coin he needs to make a decision quick or lose the board and the fans, or the other, he has to make it work (which he won't because the Gers' simply aren't good enough to overtake Celtic with or without MB).

Our problem is going to be that anyone young and untried that we bring in, will be there to be poached if they’re successful.

At Rangers Beale only has to beat Celtic to be successful. He’ll not do that this year, but it’s a toss of a coin for next season and going forward.

Personally I don’t buy into the idea that his turning up at Ibrox is a root cause for subsequent poor performances from the team. It’s perfectly normal for managers to watch other clubs on scouting trips or whatever. I do agree that the radio silence this week has soured the goodwill towards the manager, so he’s in a difficult spot now. I think we’d be on shaky ground legally if we tried to sack him, so it would probably be best for us if he takes the Rangers job and we get the compensation.

After his ''loyalty'' statement just a couple of weeks a go I would be very disappointed in the person Beale if he now leaves. Yes, the wheels have come of our promotion bid and yes I understand the attraction of Rangers for him but it would really undermine the whole loyalty statement and would be a slap in the face of the players from who he also demanded the same passion and loyalty.
Lets just hope it will all be settled soon so that when the season starts again there will be clarity for all and we can move on with or without him.

Well, it's looking increasingly likely that Mick Bail will depart in the coming days. For someone who, has given the impression of managing his career to the nth degree, this strikes me as a very curious decision. Aside from the stature of a club like Glasgow Rangers, the reality is they operate in a desparately uncompetitive league, occasionally qualifying for the Champions League where they then find themselves completely out of their depth. All in all I really don't see this move providing a springboard to the managerial heights that Bail seems to think he richly deserves.

We cannot expect loyalty from managers or players for that matter. Only fans are (or should be) loyal to a football club.

However, I do expect some level of integrity. Beale apparently believed the same when he turned down Wolves in October saying: "Integrity and loyalty are big things for me, and if they are the values you live by you have to be strong."

Yet Beale courted both Wolves and GRangers and will now leave 6 months into a 3 years contract.

I feel he's treated my club with utter contempt and is no better than Barton or Bosingwa - arguably worse. I'm not even sure he understands the meaning of the word integrity.

Take heed Mr Beale. You reap what you sow.

All had integrity and a love for the club but Jim Gregory said to all he couldn't stand in their way....

No we can't stand in Mick Beale's way simply because he has only reaped chaos and confusion in his six months with us.....

Most notably sky sports in it's breaking news of Rangers approach pointed out his "loyalty and integrity" schtick when turning down Wolves....

He could have killed this quickly but now this has gone too far now and he needs to go....
