Re: London Bridge is down.
The 2nd Elizabethan age comes to an end. An age of progress, peace and prosperity that our ancestors would not believe possible. HM The Queen has been a constant in that move forward. I for one am very sad that this day has come. I feel fortunate to have lived through this monarch's reign. The third Carolian age begins at a time of economic uncertainty, war and division. I would not want to be young now.

"Go, muster men: My council is my shield ; We must be brief, when traitors brave the field."

Truly a sad day
Keep an open mind, but not so open that your brain falls out.

A very sad day indeed. Strange to think that the National Anthem will change as will our stamps and currency.
I fear for Charles. Most people admired and respected The Queen and I don't think Charles will be afforded the same.
Good luck to him.
