I just wanted to recommend this BBC podcast that follows Paul Warne and Karl Robinson over the final three months of last season as Rotherham and Oxford chase promotion from League One. It's quite an eye-opener into the pressures that football managers and their families are under, even when they're being relatively successful at their level. Probably best to avoid it if you're offended by bad language though.
