I'm getting a bit twitchy ....

The new season starts in 6 weeks (this coming weekend), and not even a decent rumour about any signings. We all know what we need. I am definitely in the 'do your business early' camp, and hated the Harry Redknapp deadline day nonsense.

So, come on Rangers sort it out!
Niko Hamaleinen is back early from Brazil, which is surely as good as a new signing. Right, kids ?
Are headphones getting bigger, or are idiots getting smaller ?

We’ve signed Jake Clarke-Salter, 24, on a free after he was released by Chelsea. Was on loan at Cov last season who were keen to have him back. Known to Beale and apparently there was interest from PL clubs as well.

Charlie Owens resigned. I'm really not sure why. 24, hasn't established himself in the first team and is returning from a long term injury.

A good left back would be great. I still miss Gino. Beale puts me in mind of Charles Laughton. I wonder if he's going to run the QPR ship like the Bounty. (You have to be a certain age).

He was also the Hunchback of Notre Dame, so I don't think he'll be too pleased with the comparison.

And so they have.

Two signings confirmed in 24 hours, and neither is a midfielder.

Exciting times ahead.

Shame about this one. I hope it's because they have someone else lined up.

Agreed. I'd have kept him over Kakay.

and Henry VIII, Rembrandt and Captain Kidd among others. Plus, more appropriately for this job, Hobson in 'Hobson's Choice'. Could be worse. I doubt he can be bothered to google CL - must have more important things to do. :D

I'm a bit confused - in the presser yesterday it says we're looking to resolve the future of Uncle. I thought he had a signed a new contract, but Ferdinand's saying he hopes it'll be resolved by Wednesday.
