Some very poor defending out there tonight. Not fair on Coventry who are in big trouble if they lose to Rotherham. Should've had it wrapped by HT. On the plus side: Fantastic goal by LJD.

QPR look defensively better when Jordy de Wijs is back there.
However he seems to break down a lot.
It took him about 2 months after he came from Hull to get fit enough to make his QPR debut.
He lasted 45 minutes in this game.
I think his contract with Hull expires at the end of this season.
Not sure if it's worthwhile turning this loan into a permanent contract.
I don't think you can count have his beak spread against him, he definitely looks worth picking up.

Barbet and Dickie seem to be permanently injury free so I think its worth taking a punt on de Wjis. its the full backs I am more concerned with.
Barbet missed a decent chunk of last season with an ankle problem but this season we've been lucky.

That was just an overall poor performance, even the usual big hitters
Dickie and Dieng were below par.
Roll on the Boro
Anyone else do anything of note?

Sounds like Niko was not "at it" tonight and a four year deal for him seems a strange one. Makes perfect sense to rest Wallace to maintain his fitness given the form he is currently showing but, maybe one area yo look at in the summer. It would be good if the club can find the player in Niko they clearly think is there. Maybe he and Kakay just need some more time. Wonder if Niko could do with another loan spell out but this time in Leagur 1 or 2?

No doubt one of those frustrating nights - from Warbs comments we did ok to the point of taking the lead but not enough after that to keep on top of the game.

Three tough fixtures on the way with Boro, Swansea and Norwich.

It took a lot out of them beating us .. they didn't have a single shot on target last night.

It's a pity the fixtures were not the other way round.

Ironically Rotherham would have preferred to lose to us and beat Coventry
