| The judge will decide at 2pm whether the case is to be dismissed. Sounds like the prosecution have made a pig's ear of the case. |

Maybe Terry and the Magistrates have a few other people's wives/girlfriends in common and this has just come to the Magistrates' attention. _________________

As I said yesterday, putting 5 days aside for a case where, if found guilty, the maximum penalty is £2.5k, is just ridiculous. _________________ All or nothing! |

Magistrates been asked to consider the question. I suspect getting the case dismissed is Terry's best hope of navigating around a guilty virdict. So, his legal team have to go for it.
All this legal stuff amazes me. What seems like a nice binary 'did he, didn't he', suddenly takes a tangent into obscure subtleties that get you even doubting if you can be sure you know what day of the week it is!! _________________ If you're ever lucky enough to slay a dragon, never go back to check if it's really dead. |

I hate to admit it, but it is a very clever defence, and probably the only defence, they could come up with. However, they were given an extra 6mths to come up with it! _________________ All or nothing! |

All along, the Terry camp have made this into an "Anton v Terry" case.
I can't believe the magistrate will fall for that. _________________ If you cannot bring good news then don't bring any. |

It's pretty simple- an off duty police officer reported the incident to the police and the CPS decided to prosecute Terry. |
