I joined this site about 3 or 4 weeks ago and I've seen Baltimore Ravens, NY Giants avatars and Bobby Hazel said he was a Seahawks fan, together with a number of folk who live in the States.

As this is the general forum, I thought it might be good to see if anyone out there was interested in any NFL chat.

Let me know?

I was a glory hunting Dan Marino fan back in the day.

Rangers seem to be doing a bit better than the Dolphins recently.

I am a college fan, but I live across the Bay from your team, Anglo.

He was good but he was no "fridge"!

Pats, Red Sox and OSU are the main teams I like to follow when able but I have a soft spot for the Broncos due to some family that live in Boulder.

Not sure I should have mentioned the Red Sox this season but Big Papi seems to have laid the spectre of an early season slump to rest this season. Very Happy

Do you follow it closely enough to have a take on Terrelle Pryor?

Thanks for posting RLHoop

What is the latest on Terrell Suggs? Are you going all the way this season? How do the fans feel about Flacco?

Thanks for posting 'r in frisco'.

I don't know a massive amount about college stuff, who's your team? How are the Raiders regarded your side of the Bay, I can probably guess?

Due to the non existent coverage of College Football over here I was only able to follow his Buckeyes career through the reports on ESPN. Not sure how the bribery scandal has affected him personally but it killed the Buckeyes. Sad

Because of the bribery scandal, during his junior year, he was suspended for a number of games, so instead of sitting out he entered the Nfl supplementary draft. He was drafted by the raiders in the 3rd round, they probably could have waited to the 4th, if they had had one. He was immediately suspended for 6 games by the NFL, which effectively ended his rookie season. He is currently working really hard to push himself up the depth chart, he is currently the teams 3rd QB, but looking up.

He was a very versatile player at OSU and could play wide receiver and even running back in his freshman year so I was wondering if this would translate into his pro career. He has a lot of potential and I would expect to see him start a game or two this season, even if not as QB, I would think punt returning would be in his scope too if required.
