Clayton McDonald was having consensual sex with the woman (and was cleared)

Ched Evans asked if he could join in and the girl said yes (according to him)

All while 2 people watch the act through a window (including Ched Evans BROTHER!)

It's a very strange story, surely if the woman has no recollection of what happened they would have to take Evans word for it? Who/how did these charges get raised in the first place?

There must be more evidence that we aren't aware of.

Not a strange case at all.

First bloke brings her back and shags her, then sends a text to ched to pop over. He claims she agreed, but his friends watching at the window filmed it on a phone. This obviously shows her out for the count and couldn't have consented, that's rape!

What he thinks of his mates doing the video is another question
