Hello QPR fans, Everton Fan here. I was wondering what are the chances of getting two tickets for the home end on saturday? Me and my brother booked our train tickets in advance and we can't get tickets in the away end as we took the lower allocation of 1700 tickets instead of 3000. Really looking forward to going as we've never been to loftus road but its turning out to be a struggle.
Thanks in Advance for your replies. |

It's apparently possible if you're willing to fork out £125 per ticket.
And it's usually only the red lot that are willing to pay so much over the odds for items that are worth much less than the price |

Two ways:
1) They can go to the games that are not 'all ticket' (They are generally only like this if it is going to be a popular game, or the away fans are thought to be trouble).
2) Or they can buy a membership. _________________ 'Live every week like it is shark week' |

| So i'm guessing that our fans are thought to be trouble then? As i can't see why Everton coming to be a very popular game. |

Popular enough that you couldn't get a ticket!
We have the smallest ground in the league don't forget. _________________ 'Live every week like it is shark week' |

| I can't get a ticket due to Everton taking smaller allocation. And if it was that popular why isn't it sold out. Its a stupid idea because it affects new qpr fans going the game. |

2 options, pay a bit over the odds and get a membership to buy your tickets; try a ticket agency although that may prove even more expensive.
I have heard dark rumours that sometimes there are people who roam outside the ground before games offering to buy or sell tickets. I am not sure what the going rate would be though.
I am pre supposing that you are keeping your eye on your own sites to see if there is anyone who pulls out and offers their ticket for sale. _________________ It's not the despair that will kill you, it's the hope. |

I imagine they rightly thought you were a big club.
It's not sold out, but only just. I think ticketmaster re-released a bunch of seats the other day for the lower school end (away end), and other restricted view seats.
If you're a brand new QPR fan, and you want to specifically go and see Everton this Saturday, on your own, then yes you will not be able to. If you have a mate who's been before, then they will be able to get you a ticket however. _________________ 'Live every week like it is shark week' |

I am mate and someone had two spare tickets for sale on everton forum but i was too late and he'd already sold the two, gutted!
How much is a membership? isn't it about previous purchase history though? |

It's too late for that. You have to have had a membership prior to the general sale date. _________________ 'Live every week like it is shark week' |

We're not a big club though to be honest and ok thanks for the help. |

You could always try what the reds do when they can't get tickets, nick one out of their own fans hands when they ain't looking,or leave it to 2.55 and try to storm the gates.Don't leave it until 3.05 or you might meet the rush of QPR supporters storming the gates to get out.
The other way is to do like some fans did at the 86 F.A. cup final, and climb over. Our walls are nowhere near as high as Wembley, and should present no problem to a reasonably fit Evertonian. As long as you watch out for the razor wire, your shell suit should still be o.k.We were trying to climb the walls to get out in our cup final in 86 too,but at least you scored a goal.
Seriously though, judging by the amount of tickets unsold for the lower school end,a comprimise should have been worked out. They don't seem to sell all our tickets for that end when we have covers over the front 5 rows,so I can't see us selling out the whole tier. |
