Candy Spelling has reportedly sold her Beverly Hills uber-mansion to the 22-year-old daughter of F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone, Petra.
The 57,000 square foot property in Holmby Hills was placed on the market for a staggering $150 million and features 14 bedrooms, 27 baths, a bowling alley, beauty salon, several gift-wrapping rooms - not to mention parking for 100 cars.
But TMZ have reported that the widow of legendary TV producer, Aaron Spelling, accepted a much lower figure for the property, which has been on the market since March 2009.

The website claim that Candy, who is mother to Tori, 38 , and Randy, 32 , opened the bidding at just $75 million - half the original asking price.
Petra's father is the CEO of Formula One Management and has an estimated net worth of $4 billion, so this won't have been a problem for him.
Petra, meanwhile, is a fashion designer, and already owns a £56 million Grade II listed mansion in Chelsea, bought and paid for by her wealthy father.
Familiar: The home bears a resemblance to the Carrington mansion in Dynasty
Old-fashioned: As a designer, Petra will probably want to update the dated interior
Her new Los Angeles property was built in 1990 after Spelling bought Bing Crosby's former home, then tore it down to make way for this labyrinthine home.
It is arguably in need of an update, and bears more than a passing resemblance to the Carrington mansion featured in one of Spelling's most successful shows, 80's favourite Dynasty.

Candy is downsizing, and has bought two penthouse units in a nearby condo complex in Century City for a whopping $35 million.
Petra is said to be intending to split her time between London and LA after her Summer wedding to James Stunt, 28.
A Spelling Production: Aaron had the home built specially, it stands on the former Bing Crosby lot
Fit for a feast: Petra will have plenty of room to entertain her friends
The blonde admitted she was left dumbfounded when he proposed.
‘It was completely out of the blue at home and terribly sweet,’ she said.
‘James asked my father first, but he was more worried about asking Mum.
'She’s very hands-on and protective and I know he was a little concerned about what she would say. But they are both delighted, and so am I,’ she added.
‘I don’t have the ring yet, as it is being made. James has designed it, which
is very special.’
Sources told TMZ deal is currently in escrow and has not closed.
