Seeing as you all seem to think that you are cutting edge with your BBC copy and pastes...
.... why don't I give you some actual news, straight from the mouth of our Chief Executive in meet with a couple of hundred Norwich fans at Carrow Road tonight.
"constructive dismissal" for ignoring an email requesting permission to speak with Aston Villa.
He signed for them 3 hours after the email, and he is asking for £2m.
Good riddance to the cretin. There you go, there's some actual news. |

That's the trouble with fans forums - you have to answer questions about what's going on at your club. Thank God we don't bother with such minutiae, right, DSH ? _________________ In every dream home, a heartache. |

Unsurprising that you would consider anyone prepared to question what they're told to "have nothing better to do".
And don't call me Tina. _________________ In every dream home, a heartache. |

Lambert is not an "honourable" man, we have always know that he is a ruthlessly ambitious individual with a strong desire to reach the very top irrespective of who he sh*ts on along the way.
We knew that because he resigned as Colchester manager and signed for us the next day, just like he has at Villa. That was confirmed by an FA tribunal, we paid £500k for him.
He will do the same for Villa to. Within a couple of months it will be confirmed by the FA that Lamberts last two jobs have been confirmed following illegal talks.
He discusses terms with a new club behind his current clubs back, and then he resigns, and signs for the said club.
It's two out of two now.
"honourable", was not the word that QPR were using to describe Lambert after he pretty much told Johnson to get Barton sent off.
Yes, this is all football, yes we loved him, yes he is class, yes he will get to the top, but he won't get to the top with his dignity completely intact and he is happy to burn bridges.
Colchester fans hate him, and now that he is suing the club that he walked out on for £2m, we will hate him too. And when he walks out on Villa in three years time, they will hate him too.
Walking out of contracts is not an "honourable" thing to do, the whole point of a contract is that you honour them.
I guess that this is London logic, where everything is "honourable" as long as it doesn't involved shanking or shooting somebody?
Then there is the divorce thing. Norwich fans know why he got divorced. >>I've edited out the explanation here because I don't fancy getting sued for £2m<< |

Either your CEO is lying and/or badly advised!
There is more to mounting a successful unfair constructive dismissal claim then one, unanswered email. FACT! _________________ Thrill-R in Manila! |
