QPRDOT.ORG Player kit sponsorship 2008-9

Post by DG » Thu Jul 10, 2008 3:28 pm

Just to confirm we will be sponsoring a players shirt again this season as last. Full details will be posted on here on Saturday.

(This replaces the message from 09.07.08 lost in the board crash)

As per last season we will be sponsoring a player shirt this season along the same lines as last.

As it stands I have the renewal option on Fitz Hall's away shirt. I have emailed the club and asked if there are any other options of player shirts and am awaiting reply. On that basis it will either be Fitz's shirt or another to be announced soon.

Just to remind people and give everyone a fair go including newer members, this is the deal.

The shirt will be sponsored by qprdot.org for this season. This entitles the sponsor to

a) Have and keep the shirt at the end of the season
b) A signed photograph of the player
c) Two tickets to an exclusive end of season presentation party with team, management and 1st team squad.
d) Have their name in the match programme

The way I propose to do this is as follows. The shirt sponsorship costs £300 + vat which comes to about £353. I propose that 36 qprdot.orgers each chip in £10 each for their name on the qprdot.org shirt sponsors list and a 1 in 36 chance to go to the sponsors do together with one guest. The winner will be selected at random from the 36 sponsors and will win the whole prize, i.e. get the tickets to and represent the message board at the event and meet the players/staff; collect the shirt at the presentation and keep it; have a qprdot.org shirt sponsors ranking image on their profile on the board. The name in the match programme will be qprdot.org

Payment this year will be by cash or cheque payable to qprdotorg only and sent to the qprdot PO box, and I will need payment within 1 month.

The 36 places in the sponsors list will be first come first served. This year will be a bit different - sponsors may choose their own sponsor number between 1 and 36 inclusive, again first come first served. This will be done by replying in this thread only.

So, if you are interested, reply in this thread indicating you wish to take part and the number of your choice. No other method of inclusion will count, i.e. no pm's, emails or whatever - only by replying in this thread. That way everyone will be able to see who chooses which number first.

This was very poplar last season and oversubscribed, so if you are interested please sign up quickly!

SO - if you want to take part:

1) reply in this thread saying so
2) include your chosen number 1-36
3) send the £10 within 1 month of today, i.e. to arrive by 12 August 2008
