Denied (access that is)

Post by elnombre » Sun Jun 15, 2008 11:17 am

I can no longer access the forum from work - just wondered if anything had changed here, although more than likely it is the overzealous IT boys (actually that is me, but a different dept) tweaking the unsuitable content filter to exclude the site.

Chelsea fans the lot of them, you know.

thanks

No changes here - apart from not allowing any new registrations from Gmail/Hotmail/Yahoo type accounts. This shouldn't have any effect on existing users at all, so it must be down to your company's IT policy. :(

On this subject, and I'm guessing that this is NOT possible at all, but thought i would check anyway.

Is there a way so that when you type 'qprdot....' in the browser that it will literally just come up with the 'www.qprdot.org' link without listing all of the topics that have been viewed.

Sorry DG this is probably a really stupid question

Could save alot of hassle at work though.

Thanks

Not easily, especially if you don't have total control over your work's network/pc's. However you could use this redirect url which will get you to the board page

Also set your browser up to clear the private data/cache when you quit it.
