Thought Dykes worked hard for very little return from his team mates - Charlie should have played him in when Dykes made a good run - if the roles had been reversed on that one, Dykes would have been heading to the Doctors guillotine. Best delivery into the box was Chair's low cross second half - Dykes not far off reaching that one.

Watched Dykes make 3 different runs within a 15-20 second spell with no one being alert enough to play the ball into him. Alot more to his game and once the link up works, we will see much more from him. Would definitely start him again Saturday.
Definitely his best game for us so far and his throws are a real threat. It's his first season at this level and he is getting slaughtered by his own fans. Shades of Eze is lazy and arrogant when all he was doing was improving. Same with Chair, was getting pelters for not being a standout performer and still only in his second full season. I remember how crap Les Ferdinand was for us when he joined, and David Seaman to some extent, it's a small mercy there was no social media around much back then. Just because you can criticise the players, it doesn't mean you have to.
Everything seems so binary now; we win we are getting promoted, lose and we have to sack the manager and half the players. What happened to long term overview? it doesn't drive traffic?
For clarity's sake, this doesn't apply so much to this board as it isn't that bad compared to shitshows like Twitter and Instagram where the real bottom dwellers live.
It's not the despair that will kill you, it's the hope.

Just watched the match highlights and noticed how bad Millwall's marking was for our 3rd goal. They left Jordy to his own De Wijs!
Need any help with your coat ?
Hat, scarf and umbrella too.
