Great win indeed. We are on a much needed strong run. Say what you want but since Austin has re-joined us we are on the up!

Yessssssss! Brilliant Rangers - finally beating those cnuts and hopefully derailing their auto promotion  Well done Field, that's how to hit the ground running. First day of Lent and was going to give up the Red Wine...not now I'm not! Where's that bottle of Shiraz? 8) Good night for our club :D

Great win, the right players were hauled off for substitutions and
hey presto, a proper striker scores.

They[Brentford] look a very good side and should go up, but we can improve with
better personnel and tactics like tonight.

Well done Rangers.

Much better second half especially when Dykes went off.

How important was Dieng’s save with a few minutes to go?!

Well done boys.

Think all players contributed to that performance - didn't get going first half and many will blame Dykes but the service and play up through the team was poor.

Still believe that he and Bonne will come good - there were glimpses of him winning ball and second half he won a fair amount before he went off.

Thought Ball contributed well too and he always puts himself out there to be shot down - great bit of business brining in Sam Field as an option in this role.

This season just keeps on getting better. Well done Rangers. What a pity we can't be there at the mo.

Feel for Dykes, but he is holding us back. Poor acquisition...but we move on.

Think Warbs post match summed it up - as a team we could have done things better in the first half. It wasn't just Dykes, both Charlie and Ilias were out of the game and that was not so much of their making as much as the quality of our game coming through the team.

First half Brentford seemed to leave our left side more open and allow Lee Wallace a bit more space but we're much tighter down our right hand side.

Even with decent service was going to be difficult for Dykes out on the right side. Think Dykes would benefit from a 4-4-2 with Charlie up with him or a 4-2-3-1 with the team playing with a bit more confidence. Thankfully the club are not giving up on him and I still think he will come through this and we will see a decent player.

Five yellows for us and one for them tells the story of the ref picking us up on everything and letting things slide for them - how Seny picked up a yellow for time wasting before Toney had to get into double figure fouls before he got his yellow is beyond me.

Thought Dom Ball worked another shift for us and sometimes appears to be criticised more than most but always puts himself out there - couple of great runs to take the ball forward and take the pressure off us first half. Noticed with one he made strides into their half and all you could see was the Rangers players disappear forwards - no angle given to pass or lay the ball off and he was then dispossessed.

What strikes me during our run of wins is we're playing more pragmatic football in comparison to the passing game we've previously adopted. We're certainly no longer averse to playing it long and could even be described as 'ugly' at times. This isn't Warburton's way. I wonder if the club's powers that be have had a word with him to say he needed to change the nice football to win games?

Another very good win against one of the best sides in the Championship. Coming from behind to beat Brentford and Watford and very nearly Norwich too should give the team a huge confidence boost.

The manager had been written off by an increasingly large chunk of the fanbase by Christmas time, so he deserves a lot of credit for the turnaround. Going to three centre-backs has given us more defensive solidity, and enables us to stay in games even when we're under the cosh, as we were in the first half last night. Obviously the loan signings of Johansen and particularly Austin have been very important as well.

I never thought we were as bad as some here regularly suggested in the first half of the season, and I don't think we're great now, but it's certainly a relief to feel the weight of negativity around the club lifted for a while.

Think you could shout out to pretty much all the players although the cameo from Chris Willock did show some potential skill and footwork - bit of pace too.

Seny Dieng for that save from Jensen and that claim second half with two Brentford players bearing down on him.

Mixed bag for Kane - caught out for the booking and free kick which led to goal but great crossfield pass to Wallace for Austin's goal. Just seen the first goal - Kane crossed for the ball for the lead up to the first goal and some of his awareness with first time volley passes into players paths when play was tight for him were pretty good.

Just a couple of examples but you could quote contributions for all the players.
