Dave Frodsham
I have just got off the phone with Julie who sells AKTUR'S outside the Loft and she informed me that Dave AKA Frodders passed away recently. He was very well known on Ben's old .org site so there will be a number of people on here who also knew well. He was a loyal QPR fan and could be seen at most games home and away. He was also quite active on the fan forums too which was why I thought to post this.

Think I can recall Davef from when I first joined this board.
Always very sad to hear of a fellow "R" passing.
Rest in Peace Dave.

I recall DaveF from days of old. That's sad news. He was a very active member back then.
RIP DaveF.

Yes, I remember Davef from his sometimes rather ferocious posts on here. He certainly took no prisoners !
Sad to hear of his passing, may he rest in peace.

RIP Dave. We had a few altercations to say the least but he was QPR through and through. Funny how heated and important it all was at the time and now I can’t remember what they rows were about. Ah well.
QPR shit but local

I think that should be "I would be fairly confident that they involved grammar & punctuation." Very sad news. He was a forthright and strong character on here. He was an old school keyboard warrior !
He will be sadly missed and my condolences are with his friends and family.

Sad news.
He was very active here and I think he has the highest post count on this board, normally digging someone out about spelling or not reading the rules. I remember he went quiet here maybe about a year ago(maybe longer) and I now wonder if he's been ill for a while.
RIP DAVEf

Sad news.
Old school Dot.orger.
Humorous. Intelligent. Liked to wind a few people up and mix it up a bit which always proved to be quite compelling reading on this message board. Especially active between 2008-2012.
Ultimately though he was a diehard R’s fan and therefore by definition he was one of our own.
Rest in Peace Dave.

Re: Dave Frodsham
Very sad news indeed.
Dave was a most erudite dot.orger, his posts could be very much of a 'straight between the eyes' nature and his commitment to the apostrophe police was unwavering.
Like many, I didn't always agree with Dave but had the utmost respect for him and I was extremely grateful when he took the trouble to converse with me on personal level regarding an issue with which we were both mutually affected.
RIP DaveF
