Very pleased with that. A great start, against a good team.

Very happy with that, Kakay's improvement is palpable, Dykes a proper striker.
A work in progress, would like another mobile attacker to partner Dykes.
Clean sheet very important. Well done the lads

Had doubts about Kakay but I thought he had a great game.

There were times last season when I didn’t think he was miles behind eze

A clean sheet too. We waited a long time for one of those last season.

Very happy tonight.

This wasn't the result I was expecting to wake up to. Well done lads.

Anyone in particular stand out?

From the highlights we still look defensively frail. I'm assuming Dickie had a good game?

Well, wasn't that a satisfying win? To use much quoted words, the team were greater than the sum of it's parts. And I think that's what we must be this season, an organised and hard working team that constantly performs above it's individual expectations.

That said, I think it Forest were below par and distinctly lackluster given the squad they have. Grabban was awful with his finishing. I'd have been furious with him if I were a Forest supporter

MotM for me was Kakay, who has become a revelation. He hardly put a foot wrong all game, defended well and contributed to the attack. I never thought he'd make it with us so I'm delighted to be proved wrong. A massive well done to you, Ozzy.

I know he was taken off but I would have Ossie & LTC as MOTM. A special mention too for Joe Lumley, a clean sheet, an assist for the pen and his confidence is slowly coming back. Long may it continue.

Top result my team! Very chuffed with that, expected us to lose if I'm being honest.

I do like the look of the players we're signing these days, for the first time in a very long while so hats off to Lee, Les, Mark and Chris. Long may it last.

If the covid numbers swell rapidly maybe we should end the season now to keep everyone safe and just accept we finish as champions!

Taking little interest in football or even Rangers during these strange and confusing times, I am pleasantly surprised and delighted by this result. Nice distraction for me anyway. Good luck to all at our wonderful club this season - and more importantly good luck and good health to all who post on here(Even you Esox  ) :)

Agreed, Kakay was outstanding yesterday.

I hope to see him nail down that RB position this season. He looks so, so much better than Kane IMO.
