Three conceded against lower league opposition who had six making their debuts today. Really, really not good as Andy Sinton kept mentioning.

A few ok individual performances today including Tom Carroll but overall ok isn’t good enough.

We need those three teams worse than us.

On the positive side ....

Carroll, Shodipo and BOS played well.

The defence still needs work, maybe with Barbet in there (where was he today?) things will look better next week. Obviously Dykes will start instead of Oteh, so it's not all doom and gloom.

Barbet, Cameron and Thomas all unavailable with minor knocks.

Oteh getting hammered on social media, I really can’t understand why.

What are the chances of us keeping a clean sheet this side of Christmas?

About the same as a Turkey’s survival!

I am expecting a hammering next weekend but our team will surprise us.... hopefully.

Bottom line is we conceded 3 against lower league opposition.Surely someone at the club can see that we can't go through another season letting in 2 or 3 goals every game. If we do it will end in tears. If we have the players and there are no more defenders coming in then he surely has to look at the system. Imagine if we sell Manning and Samuel before the deadline.... oh and the U23 got smashed this afternoon. 7 goals let in by QPR today. Hello someone out there doesn't that tell you something?

Why ? We did it last year and finished 13th.

Indeed plus the club aren't stupid - we've brought in a highly rated centre back in place of an overrated one (Hall). Things will get better.

We have not yet seen our first choice/ strongest starting 11. So a bit early to be throwing the toys out of the pram.

Definitely only frustrated today but i still believe letting 3 in against a lower division opposition needs looking at.

And Uxbridge R we have lost our 3 most prolific scorers so there is one reason why not!

Warburton's already suggested we'll bring in three or four more players. At least one of those will be a striker, and we've already brought Dykes in, so maybe it's a bit early to panic.

It was a disappointing game but, on the plus side, on today's showing the worries about Carroll should subside. He was probably our best player making some outstanding long passes which should have produced more than they did.

A few other results in today's fizzy pop cup:

Birmingham 0 - 1 Cambridge Utd
Newport 2 - 0 Swansea
Northampton 3 - 0 Cardiff

It's not just us.

Was just about to post that. Just goes to show we need a reality check.
