Saturday ...

I've just heard from a friend who supports Blackburn.

He has had an e mail saying - they are selling faces in the crowd for their last four home games. Fans send in a photo of themselves from head to waist and a fee of £25. The club mount the photo on a figure and it is there for all four games. At the end of the season - you can collect your figure and take it home.

Now that seems like a really good idea - money is tight after so long with no income. No paying customers at the game, this seems like a good way round that.

Now why didn't we think of that?

That's what you need in a pandemic - someone who can think outside the box.

We're way ahead of them.

For £50, you send in a photo of your rear end, which will be mounted in 3D at the School End in the second half of our remaining home games. This provides a distraction to opposing strikers and should help our hitherto poor defensive record.

Collect yours at the end of the season, and it doubles up as somewhere to park your bike.

We can't be there in person, but the least we can do is get behind the lads
