I think Cameron is the 4th tbh. I'd rather get Masterson out on loan and get cover there as i think he's at a critical point where he needs games but i don't think we'll go down that path.

You may well be right about Cameron but I hope not. I wasn't at all impressed with him in the games he played there last season.

He had a very poor game on Saturday.

I agree Andy. He's been poor in all 4 games this season. I cannot see why Warburton prefers him over Ball.

My sources tell me we're looking at Gunnersaurus as back-up for Jude The Cat. Getting on a bit, but with his years of Premier League experience, he could be a great role model for our up and coming young mascots.

Sort it out, Warburton.

So there's a transfer cat flap as well as a window?

Nearly scored in a clever corner routine. He is of a standard we are at currently and will have good days and bad days. He is still quite dominant in the air against most opponents and is a half decent ball carrier for the most part.

Absolutely, but the Animal Welfare Act 2006 prevents it slamming shut by law.

Interesting. Assume he'll be one for the U23's or a 3rd striker.

I've just discovered what I assume is a new EFL regulation for this season that may have a bearing on this transfer. Championship squads can be no larger than 25 players following the closure of the transfer window. However, players under 21 are excluded from the count.

Charlie Kelman is 18.

That's bad timing for that rule, especially with pandemic-induced fixture congestion and player unavailability.
But as I make it, I think we only have 23 players above that age, and I would be surprised if all of them made the squad or none were loaned out or sold.

Lumley / Dieng / Kelly
Manning / Hamalainen/ Kane / Wallace / Kakay
Masterson / Barbet / Cameron / Dickie
Amos / BOS/ Ball / Carroll / Chair / Shodipo / Thomas / Smyth
Bonne / Dyes / Oteh

You have forgotten ...

Willock and Adomah.
