Worst case scenario, we've already been judged under FFP rules for funding irregularities.

Be a tough job to fund, research and prove a further case shirely?
We were judged for breaching FFP rules. This would be something different I'd imagine. Looks more likely to involve Caterham anyway I think looking at the dates.

If Tony is the owner, it is hardly in his interest to be bribed to buy something.

Sounds like lesser individuals who have taken a bung to buy an inferior/more expensive product.
"Lesser individuals"

Because CEOs are renowned for being good eggs who wouldn't happily see someone else take the fall for their own dishonesty or incompetence.
Well see.

Think Ux was being a touch sarcastic about the honesty of a lot of CEO's.

Indeed. I've no idea whether or not TF is guilty of anything here, but the idea that no one who owns a company would ever be open to bribery is patently ridiculous, as in my view is the notion that those who work for them are "lesser individuals", unless you judge someone solely by where they fit into their workplace hierarchy.

Nope, doesn’t look at all good for TF.

Thankfully it appears that this is directed at his dealings with Caterham rather than QPR. Not sure what it means long term for him or us though.

Add to that, the other person asked to step down is Kamarudin Bin Meranun, he and TF make up half the Tune Group board. That could cloud the waters.

A bloke in the pub this lunchtime was saying the bribe consisted of free broadband and free dental check-ups.
I said “ are you mad, nobody would fall for that “
