It's strange this could be wage related - given the lad was signed during the Olly tight purse policy ethink

From what Dave Mc says, it seems Leistner wanted more game time than MW was willing to give him. The opportunity to play in the Bundesliga would have been a big attraction for Leistner and QPR will be hoping he'll be taken off their hands permanently in the summer.

Whoever we play in defence we are conceding goal after goal so losing a defender won't have too much impact!

Looks like we are preparing for next season already which isn't a bad thing is it.

When Barbet is fit I'd pair him with Masterson. Hall needs to be splinter arse man for now. Sad to see Toni go.

Always the option to try Hall as defensive mid where he excelled before.

He was excellent there. But that’s asking a lot from Masterton and Barbet (if fit?).

I do hope he’s not looking at Cameron in at CB. He’s been poor there this season.

This gets brought up every now and again and I don't agree with it in the slightest. He offered cover to the back 4 yes, but he was slow on the ball, gave it away cheaply, slowed our attacks and provided very little going forward. That's to be expected from someone who doesn't usually play there, but to say he was excellent or excelled is a bit of a stretch.
