add to the list ....Lawrence Shankland from Dundee Utd
Surprised if we get Shankland, scored against Hibs the other day and although the Scottish Championship is
League 1 level he's attracting serious attention down south.

Interesting that Jack Robinson is on the brink of signing for Sheffield United...
Especially when he isn't a regular starter for Forest.

Southampton interested in BOS

..this is a real concern as IMO BOS is our most dangerous player at the moment....he always cuts into the box making problems to the defenses...
..I would even accept to lose Eze if we can keep BOS and Wells...

I wouldn't want to jinx it but the rumour mill has been quiet on Eze thus far.

Because BOS is the in form player?

Also gone quiet on the Manning front as his form has dipped a little

..well...of course "in form" players get the attention....it was for Eze and Manning before and now BOS and Wells are under the spots cos
of their latest performances...

Let’s hope it stays that way.

I’m nervous Wells will leave, but I don’t think there’s much in the BOS story.

This gossip from the BBC won't make you feel any better in that case.

Burnley, Leicester and Sheffield United are interested in Bristol City midfielder Josh Brownhill, 24, who has a £7m release clause. (Bristol Post)

Burnley could use striker Nahki Wells, who spent the first half of the season on loan at QPR, as part of a deal for Robins captain Brownhill. (Mail)

You could totally see that happening.

Wells is settled in London and is apparently keen to stay with us. Let’s see what happens.

Would Wells be as prolific without BOS, Eze and Chair behind him? City have one of the lowest expected goals stats in the league and their form is dribbling away (they’ve won 3 from 8 and they were all against the bottom three).

It would make sense for him to wait until the summer and negotiate a big payday for himself, but who knows what will happen.

Losing him would surely free up a decent chunk of budget for a replacement if we have the time to get a deal done.

No news yet on Shankland after Les Ferdinand watched him on Sunday. I wonder if there'd be a quick move for him if Wahki Nells does leave?

Of course this is football but surely Burnley would have to indicate they are recalling him well before the end of the window. With only eight days to go you would have thought the position would be clear by now.

Clickbait chatter that we're interested in a loan of Spurs 17 year old striker Troy Parrott. No, me neither.

I read he may be off to Charlton instead. He's one for the future. Very highly rated and already a full Irish international.
