Josh scowen really is clueless. Refs a f**king joke too
Scowen is League 1 at best unfortunately. There are lots more like him in this squad as well. Hard to get any momentum going at the club with the resources available.
Hopefully he'll grab a late equaliser and make me look an idiot, but I just feel hes a red card waiting to happen!

Annoyingly we've looked better with 10 men than we did with 11!!

Their keeper looks like the fat kid who gets stuck in goal and we've not really put him under any pressure :(

And there was me about to say at least we only conceded one this time  Can MW stop this inexorable slide down the table? I have my doubt's TBH.

Certainly doesn't look good. Tough run of games coming up and we look totally clueless, and with no plan b. Forest are a good side, as were Fulham but we dont seem to be able to gauge how to play when teams change their approach

I'd like to see Pugh get a run of games. We're missing that sort of experience.

Think we've just been found out for what we are really,...and that is one of the pre - season favourites to struggle. A lot of the loans have been very poor value, and Chair is not good enough for the league either. Eze and Manning are over rated and too many others just aren't up to it. It isn't really a surprise to me to see us revert to form unfortunately.

As recent years have shown, when we start losing...we find it hard to stop. At least we know that Lumley won't be in goal once Kelly is fit again.

Why’s the ref a joke?!
To be fair hes nowhere near the worst we've had this season, but several times this half hugill has been wrestled to the floor and he turns a blind eye. More pissed off with the lack of a plan/effort in the first half mind!
Don’t think it’s a lack of effort. Think it’s more a lack of talent. Too many players look poor. Leistner main culprit, but Wells and Chair are looking very poor again.
We have no money, so can't improve the quality. What we can do is improve the organisation and tactics. A video of the 36 goals we have conceded would show - too many individual errors - many of them unforced. Schoolboy defending (and that's being kind) from experienced professional footballers.

I posted a few weeks ago we needed to get someone in to work with the defence - Steve MacLaren would appear to be available and did a pretty good job of that before. The past few weeks have reinforced that view.
Saturday 9th November 1968: QPR V Burnley in the First Division - I saw the Hoops for the first time and my obsession began!

Growing up is optional.
