Disappointing result and a poor second half performance, especially after we did so well in the first. Hugill MOTM for me by a mile. Lumley, Wells, Leistner not good, though of course Wells had the excuse he was playing international football and then travelling back a few days ago.

First 30mins very un-SKY like QPR performance. Last 60... normal serviced resumed. Not digging him out, but Eze for all his talent... needs to sustain a performance over 90 mins if he is real going to be the "real deal". Wells like last season starts well then fades as the season progresses. Hughill was my MOTM. The rest seem to lack belief and confidence when things go against us.

The only team in all the divisions without a clean sheet is starting to become a worrying statistic.
And it will cost Warburton if he doesn't do something about it.

We don’t take our chances, always make mistakes and only seem to perform for one half of each game, looks like we’re on the slide, unless we get a defensive coach in.
Sounds about right to me. We have also fallen into our usual habit of bigging up players who really don't justify it. I'll be forever grateful for Toni"s goal at the City Ground - but Christ he is a poor player.

Conceding only one goal might be a start
