I'm surprised we got a fee. It'll probably a fraction of the £500k we paid ManU for him.

I take it ManUre passed on their first refusal option then?

They didn't think Goss was the right replacement for Pogba. Strange.

Not so sure about that, moneys not mentioned.
He had a year left I think we just cut our losses & let him move on.

Good luck to the lad.

QPR alert said it was an undisclosed fee, they normally clarify if it's a free. No issue with the Goss deal. It didn't work out but we paid 400k i think for a player who was rated at Man Utd. Pretty sure that's less than we sold Cole Kpekawa for. You win some you lose some.

Goss cost £500k. We got £450k out of Barnsley for Kpekawa at the end of the 2015/16 season and today he plays for Billericay Town in the National League South. But you're right, no club gets it right with player transfers 100% of the time.

Had high Hope's for him but maybe he just needs to find the right place for himself - wish him luck.

I guess when you are anticipating who is going to be the next big thing you can never know. We have made far bigger errors of judgement and he may yet make his way in League One and above.
Come on you Sooopa ........

Well, let’s see how the Range with the personalised plate (not a cheap one) goes down at Shrewsbury.

Seemed well liked at Rangers (Scotland) but never cut out for the Championship IMO.

Has a decent pass on him, but that’s pretty much it. Probably about his level to be honest.

Really poor signing again, and load of money down the drain. Shame it never worked out.
