Away kit preference

Post by Giorgio » Sun Jun 23, 2019 10:49 pm

Just as a matter of pure curiosity....curious to see what the fans like

Please forgive me if I missed some options, I tried to list all those that came into my mind....
I read that there is a maximum for the options set at 15 so there would be still place for two more...

Be fair though, Dennis la minaccia may not have been big in Giorgio’s upbringing. :D
Between my finger and my thumb the squat pen rests. I'll dig with it.

I'm guessing Giorgio was mentally picturing Big Dan Shittu charging menacingly towards a hapless opponent in said attire.

Red and black hoops are the obvious choice!

However, if I were part of the design club I’d be trying to develop classics that would sell for their pure fashion value. For me, a really smart plain black shirt would sell really well! (Plus the kids can’t ruin black quite as easily!)

I wish to dispute that belief, but wish I didn't have to :D

Would clash with the ref, plain black shirts are very rare these days.

I remember the old Man Utd away Black shirt, I must admit a full black kit would look good.

Most officials don't wear black nowadays though do they?

True & ive just googled black kits and there has been a fair few of late, so scrap my idea.

Still don’t know what our fascination with mint green is though.. it must have been a money saving exercise from the training wear last season

I was given a black Celtic jersey nearly 16 years ago and I still wear it now and again! You can’t beat a bit of simplicity when designing a jersey

A lot of fans encompassing the whole age and sex range bought that Fuchsia shirt, me included, and IIRC it has been the best selling replica that QPR have ever sold. Reading between the lines on various message boards and SM sites it seems that it is the more insecure male fans that struggled with the idea that men can wear pink without catching the geigh.
