New kit

Post by Giorgio » Sat Jun 22, 2019 10:27 am

As all the Season ticket holders and members I had received the exclusive Official invitation to attend the launch of the new kit....
pity they forgot to attach the flight tickets and the hotel reservation..
So, no...I did not attend the event...

...any way...seen the pics....
home kit: not bad...not exceptional either, looking like a polo shirt.
Away one. Again nothing that draws my interest. Pretty anonymous colour.

I don’t like polo shirts so a collar and buttons on a football shirt would never work for me.

In my opinion they look cheap and why the mint green? Awful. Apparently the pink kit will still be around too.

Looks like FFP affects shirt design too.

I rather like the home kit. A simple, clean design and I don't mind the collar. All white long sleeves might change my mind a bit. Hooped socks always go well with the shirt.

The mint toothpaste away shirt is horrible.

I'm ok with both of them. Just wish they made them without the panda sponsor on.

Looks like a general uniform you see youngsters wearing Like a theme park staff polo or something.

Dunno what our fascination is with mint green.

Mate, you're starting to sound as obsessive about FFP as QPR John. Here's my regular friendly reminder that the rules are appicable to every club in the Championship, not just us.

We've had countless shit kits before. When was FFP ever a factor ?

Maybe I have this wrong, but it's only a kit. ??

The club must know how much the fans like the away kit to be the red and black - 'menace'.

I wonder why they won't give it to us?

I really like the home shirt. Personally love the collar and golden trim.

I had hoped that we had seen the back of the mint coloured shirts... Was bad enough seeing it in the dug out last season. Always prefer the red and black hoops myself.

Home. It's alright. Nothing special. The Sponsor placement bothers me.

Away. Boring. Generic. Very Un-QPR.

Oh how I long for a Proper Menace again.
