Yeah it’s been a bundle of laughs ever since

Still my greatest single moment in football & I doubt it’ll ever be beaten.

I have enjoyed better days watching the R's but that one was right up there with them.
Before anyone queries my judgement; Wembley 1967, Villa Park away the following season and the day we lost at home to Leeds to win the Championship in 2011.
It's not the despair that will kill you, it's the hope.

Leeds home 2011 was a party & Zamora was a single moment of euphoria.

Palace 6-0 to stay up was also a party.

Unfortunately not to many others spring to mind.

Thumping Leicester City 4-1 at Filbert Street prior to our disastrous 0-3 defeat soon after at the Milk Cup Final was a highlight for me because those who know me know that "I hate Leicester" with a vengeance.

The 1-0 v Chelsea was the best match for me: it had everything you'd want as a QPR fan!

Zamora was the best moment though.

The Cisse winner against Stoke to keep us up was pretty special - the travelling Stoke fans apparently said they'd never heard a crowd celebrate a goal as loudly as us that day

Tbf we were well rested. Mackie's winner against Liverpool after being 2-0 down was pretty good.

Furlong's winner at bome to Oldham in the play-off semi-final, and Spencer's equaliser away to Port Vale are right up there for me. Genuine hugging complete stranger moments.

He's scored probably the 2 most valuable goals in the history of football!

Oldham for me. The first of only two purely euphoric moments (along with Zamora) in my football watching life. The 1-0 home win against the scum was one of the best matches over 90 minutes, but you can’t beat a euphoric moment.

Both of those goals came out of nowhere and produced absolute transcendental pandemonium.

Furlong’s was better because it was the first inkling that we might one day have our day in the sun again, against all the odds, for many years. Plus it was a bit of proper quality in a limited league.

Zamora’s had the ten men/promotion to the premier league things going for it.

Both unforgettable.
