Am I the only one that hasn't heard a single name that has got me in the slightest way excited?
I was going to say Eskimo Nel or Linda Lovelace but then I realised they were not single names, and they didn't really excite me in the first place. So I can only offer up Seka.

Apologies in advance for any offence caused.
Keep an open mind, but not so open that your brain falls out.

The Times and The Standard reporting Timmy Sherwood out of the running now: his choice apparently due to the financial constraints we have 😎

Chris Hughton if Brighton decide to let him got or Darren More , done a good job at WBA ,unlucky to get the sack imo .Am sure the successful candidate will be one that can operate on a very limited budget ( if any budget at all ).

I imagine financial constraints is used as an euphemism for not getting the job

Now we’re safe, I see no reason to delay. Get the next guy in ASAP and give them as much time as possible to assess what they have and get ready for the transfer window.

Darren Moore would be interesting but has he got any track record of developing young players: he had an experienced squad at West Brom.
Can't believe Brighton would get rid of Hughton even if they got relegated.

Warburton has now been made favourite with all bookmakers: first time it hasn't been Sherwood since we sacked McLaren.....

Whatever Luton are doing we need to copy, If I were a Board Member I'd be going down there for the day and checking out their culture and strategy. Remember not so long ago they were a laughing stock - we've all been there / are there. Plus they've recruited 2 managers who have a template to work to and the 2nd one in is copying the first.
... especially when they play us next season and seem primed to nick at least 3 points from the 2 games.

Let's face it, any of the prospective managers (including TS) could achieve something at QPR. But, no one on the list looks like the 'must-get' solution guaranteed to transform the club's fortunes. If there were such a person, we could not afford them and they would probably not want to come. So, the board will narrow it down to the one who has the most convincing plan to succeed within the constraints that the club faces. Then, they sign the contract and cross their fingers. For his part, the new boss has to make sure that the players enjoy coming to work, give them belief that they can win games and clear ideas to help them do that. It is what Ole Gunnar Solskjær did at Manchester United. But, even that run of form came to an end. I suspect that if, somehow, he had come to QPR, he would have struggled. Picking a manager for QPR - like it is for most clubs - is a bit of a lottery. As fans, all we can do is give our support (in good times and bad) and hope for the best.
It's simple. Score more goals than they do.

Of all the available options, I would go for Warburton.

Experienced at this level. And has experience working at another basket case of a club in Rangers.
