It's not the despair that will kill you, it's the hope.

Good news and a nice article, it sounds like he's raring to go.

I think we should keep Rangel to the end of the season as cover at fullback.

Agreed. I wonder if Darnell will take as long as Grant Hall to come back?

Isn't Hall struggling with a chronic condition? I think that's why he's coming back so slowly. Whilst i'm sure they won't rush Furlong (and there isn't a need to) - i doubt it would take as long assuming there aren't any complications.

Very good news and as stated already there's no pressure to take any risks and rush him back now we have Rangel on the books. I hope SM likes the look of Furlong, I think he only saw him in a pre season game.

Fingers crossed for Hall as well and again, let's give him time to attain full fitness. With Bidwell due back along with the slightly improved Couzens things seem a bit brighter. Hemed scored in the international the other day so hopefully he's sharpening up too.

that's one way to describe it,

its what? 1 1/4 seasons now, agreed we played so much better when he was on form but Jezz, how much longer, 3 /4 weeks ago he was getting into it now he's still "getting into it"...kinda wondering if we'll ever see him reach the dizzy heights of 2 years ago......
"Fing Poo Wah" ( your comments are as much interest to me as a dogs fart ).

I suppose the alternative is to bin him off with a chronic injury he sustained whilst playing for us. He's young too so I doubt it has affected him mentally at all.

What do you suggest. It’s frustrating for us and I’m sure it’s incredibly frustrating for Hall, who I’m sure would rather be playing. Rather than wondering if he’s going to trying to get a job as an estate agent in a couple of years time.

It’s the same injury that Owen Hargreaves suffered from, Hall held off having the surgery as it didn’t go well for Hargreaves. If the surgery was successful, he should be able to make a full recovery, hopeful the slow return is just precautionary.
If you had a million Shakespeares, could they write like a monkey?
