Looking at that You Tube clip reminds me of what a good job Ollie did with those players that he had to work with.

Width, pace, and attacking intent - what's not to like?
Lots - primarily either wingers out of position covering the middle or massive gaps in the centre of the park. Luongo having to hold the whole thing together, Eze and Freeman both further forward than ideal. I think that side would get completely torn a new arse.

No it's not, his name is Paweł but if it's going to be shortened, i'm not sure it's a problem to make it more phonetic.
