QPR vs Barnet

Post by Danish Ranger » Tue Jul 10, 2018 2:42 pm

I note that we played first 60 minutes against Barnet with the following lineup:

Ingram, Furlong, Leinster, Baptiste, Bidwell, Scowen, Manning, Freeman, Eze, Smith, Washington

4-4-2; could this be first indication of McLaren's preferred starting eleven ?

That could just as easily be a 4-1-3-2 or, at a push a 4-3-3.

I wonder of Les and Tony have told SMC that he is playing 4 at the back ?
Come on you Sooopa ........

They played 433 against Charlton and 4231 today.

Don't forget Smyth, Lynch and Goss are currently sidelined with slight knocks, Hall is still making his way back from injury/an operation and Luongo hasn't returned to the squad yet. Also, I'm sure we'll see another CB and a striker brought in. So taking all of that into consideration I don't think we've seen SMc's starting line up just yet.

I have a feeling that there'll be another first teamer departure. Either Freeman or Luongo. No evidence of this just a gut feeling.

Yep, I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case. I am beginning to wonder why Luongo isn't back yet.

Nothing sinister ... Everyone else had a month off - he didn't, so just catching up on his hols.

It's accurate until I have money riding on it then it's useless.

Likewise, in that case let’s find a bookie & bet on Luongo or Freeman to move on.
