According to Wiki no.

Interestingly many clubs floodlights aren’t strong enough for GLT to work correctly when night falls.

I thought there was, after Holloway kicked off about it last year. So I thought it was installed. But I guess not.

From the match report on the Official QPR web site:

"Already, this was fast becoming an entertaining spectacle, and goal-line technology was called into action when the Hoops threatened in the 13th minute.
Freeman’s corner was headed on by Onuoha, before Smith headed against the crossbar and Forest goalkeeper Costel Pantilimon collected the ball as it bounced down and up again off the line.
Referee Darren Bond took a quick check of his wristwatch to ensure the whole of the ball didn’t go in, then allowed play to resume."

Nice to know but certainly on the replay it looked over to me.

According to the Offish QPR Twitter feed over the weekend:

"This is how close @mattjpsmith came to giving #QPR the lead before @NFFC's opener."

It's a funny ol' game. Despite Forest seemingly make us look second best.....a few inches and we'd have been one up and if Lynch hadn't twisted his leg before their third goal. All ifs and buts really.

...all the episodes went against us...and a match is made up of episodes....the goal not goal....their goal originated from a free kick
that did not look like a foul....taken fast and finding our defense not ready ,....ok..you do not need much to get it :D :D
their 3rd goal Lynch and Onouha crashing, Joel injured on the ground...the ref not caring at all - other refs this season stopped the
game immediately on similar circumstances - ...so..reverse all these episodes and we could have seen a completely different result...

Yet another example of big Matt's inability to 'get over' the ball and head it down, something strikers have to be able to do, in which case there would have been no need for all this anguish or GLT.

Don't trust it. Remember when SA won the Rugby world cup on a 'flawed' video decision?
"Go, muster men: My council is my shield ; We must be brief, when traitors brave the field."
Richard III, Act IV, W. Shakespeare
