Ollie out, young fresh England blood in Danny Cowley in!

He has transformed Lincoln and would be the man to take us forward!!!

Thoughts?

Is his "England blood" an important factor ? If so, we'll need a DNA test, but assuming he passes that, fxxxx his brother off and brings you in as his assistant, I'm up for it.
Are headphones getting bigger, or are idiots getting smaller ?

Lamb to the slaughter is a term that springs to mind.

Question: we need a new manager every time we lose?

Only if you have a Twatter account.
It's not the despair that will kill you, it's the hope.

What the absolute fuck has his English blood got to do with it?

If we're looking for a new boss, i'd rather the club were casting the net a bit further afield. Huddersfield had the right idea.

No, although it's not just one poor result is it. Not surprising IH's suitability is up for debate.

Keep Olly

Its results like Saturday's that can help to separate the wheat from the chaff.

We have been on the wrong side of heavy defeats before. Perhaps the likes of Steptoe can remind of us of who was the manager when we lost 6-0 at Fulham.

Olly has hauled us back from heavy defeats before. He has generally got his selections right in terms of under-performing players.

The season is over, I still believe the Cowley brothers would be the right choice to take us forward next season

There is no doubting Danny's impressive record up until now. Is he capable of making the step up to The Championship?

Who knows. Therefore there would be high risk element to his appointment and I would suggest that at this time the last thing our club needs is high risk appointments.

We can’t afford to pay one manager let alone two.

Indeed we would be the quickest way to ruin a young manager who is just finding his way in the lower leagues having said that all being well Lincoln could only be a division below us next season.

Still I think our current situation would test even the most experienced of managers.
