what was the Washington goal like? If anyone's watching it abroad that is!
Tidy finish with his left foot after making the chance for himself.
Thanks Damien. He's never going to cut the mustard in my opinion if we want to move forward next season, but it can only be good for his confidence ๐Ÿ™‚

First time in five attempts that we've beaten Burton. And scoring more than a solitary goal in a game is encouraging for our strikers.

Genuinely pleased for the lad. He's a NI lad... so doubly pleased. Should of had at least one more by the sounds of it too. He gets a lot of criticism (me included) - so he deserves praise as well. Hope he doesn't have to wait as long for his next one. Nice to see Luongo score too - though his goal sounds a bit controversial. Will look at it later.

Whether Holloway is actually giving the youngsters a chance on merit and making seniors work for a place, I do not know but, fair play if that is the case. Both Smyth and Oteh have rewarded being given the chance, and Washington seems to have reacted positively to being left out.

Interesting to hear the Just Backs.

Furlong deserves a mention. He played very well and won lots in the air including for his assist. I think he's as good as Wszolek in the right wing back role and I hope he gets a run of games there.

in all honesty, that CD of Burton, my goodness how slow is he? Goid goal by Washington but any defender with any speed would have easily cleared that ball.....

Tremendous win, it's so important to pick up points off those near the bottom. A fiver on Luongo and Washington to score at anytime would surely have paid out a Euromillions-style sum. Brilliant for both of them and of course for Oteh.

Has that first shot from Oteh returned from Orbit yet? 5yrds out and it must have found itโ€™s way to East Midlands airport.

He made up for it though with a real touch of class for the goal what a finish :D

Brilliant result, last week Smyth, this week Oteh - it's raining new, young hungry strikers,
feels a bit surreal as a Rangers fan! :D
