NO are only 4 points from safety so probably won't be fielding their strongest side, he said clutching hopefully for a straw of hope.

This is pathetic, I grew up watching us regularly beating Liverpool at Loftus Road!deepseahoop wrote: ↑Tue Dec 05, 2017 7:57 amNO are only 4 points from safety so probably won't be fielding their strongest side, he said clutching hopefully for a straw of hope.

Re: FA Cup 3rd Round Draw..
Meaning of tedium:
watching the BBC ( or ITV ) handling a Cup Draw
1) Find 2nd rate "presenter" with jokey / laddish attitude
2) find a naff club house and local jonnies to fill the bar
3) select a duff owner/manager to come up with obscure and or obvious comments about the draw
4) play clips of meaningless goals from previous games - cue video library - any age doesn't matter
5) see if John Motsons at home and interview same about some long lost tedius game
6) kick Trevour Sinclair off as he's had a ruck with his Mrs and been in the news and because he's ex QPR
7) talk ever upwards the value, history and meaning of the FA Cup
Read meaningless anecdotes for each and every club when drawn...."Hull away, that's the first time they've been drawn away in 8 draws"
Slash wrists Retire suitable bored when your team gets beat

The 'MK Citizen' reports:
'Milton Keynes Dons face a tricky trip to Sky Bet Championship outfit Queens Park Rangers in the third round of the FA Cup.'
Er... have they not looked at the FA Cup record of the home team?

It's simple. Score more goals than they do.

Regularly ? I think you're dreaming Andy. We've only beaten them about half a dozen times in our entire history, and often went years between victories. Never beaten them in the FA Cup either.Andy_N19 wrote: ↑Tue Dec 05, 2017 8:28 amThis is pathetic, I grew up watching us regularly beating Liverpool at Loftus Road!deepseahoop wrote: ↑Tue Dec 05, 2017 7:57 amNO are only 4 points from safety so probably won't be fielding their strongest side, he said clutching hopefully for a straw of hope.

The Carabao Cup crew seem to have it sorted. Get them in as consultants.westlondonlalala wrote: ↑Tue Dec 05, 2017 9:53 amWhat would you have done differently?Stans left foot wrote: ↑Tue Dec 05, 2017 9:03 amMeaning of tedium:

Re: FA Cup 3rd Round Draw..
Its not great, is it ? its largely banal and very typecast. The Beeb and ITV are both Jurassic in terms of appointing presenters with alternative styles, like Colin Murray or pundits with controversial viewpoints (apart from Roy Keane and Ian Wright who are easily the most entertaining).
Come on you Sooopa ........
