Sad about Northern Ireland this evening, but I think
QPR fans are unfortunately used to this though...

To be fair N Ireland played really well gotta feel for them, CW ran his nuts off as usual had a good chance with a header but spurned it.

I guess the Romanian was hoping for an enthatic win either way to kinda ease the emphasis on his clanger but it wasn't to be, over two legs the only thing that seperated both sides was the pen.

Over to the republic now.

Mark Lawrenson on 5 Live just made the point that N. Ireland have no match winners
which obviously includes our Washington, thing is QPR need match winners.

He is what he is a workaholic who will get u 5-8 goals a season.

U can never fault the lad for effort but he's not a natural finisher that's for sure, shame because the amount of decent positions he gets himself into & chances he has he'd be on 20+ a season if he could finish.

There's no replacement for natural predatory goal scoring. Extra work in training would perhaps help though.

Maybe some one to one time with a natural goal scorer?

So it's wrong to racially abuse someone but ok to just regularly abuse an individual by referring to them as a POS
Ironic to say the least
They're completely different and rather short on irony, whether it's ok is up for debate. To openly justify racial abuse and proudly associate yourself with it on the basis of being passionate about football deserves criticism, personally, under the circumstances, i find that requires a degree of invective.

I love Les and think he's doing a good job in his current role, but a well respected poster on here wasn't overly complimentary of his coaching. Maybe being a natural goal scorer makes it hard to coach it into others.
