So the ground isn't even in Bolton and the one place I was reccomended 'Scott's sports bar" is permanently closed!
Coast to coast looks ok but was wondering if there was a designated meet or away friendly pub at all?

Try this.

If you're on the train from London, you might be better off drinking in Manchester, as Horwich Parkway is only half an hour away.

Usually use the Beehive which is past the ground on the dual carriageway at the next roundabout. OK for away fans and has food and a couple of decent beers usually. About a ten minute walk back to the ground.
