Ardilles?
I think most fans who actually saw him play would remember him in the side. Also a good quiz question; which QPR player won a World Cup winners medal?
I was thinking of the ones that have slipped from memory despite having played at a high level and rarely mentioned in fans fond memories of players.
Julio Cesar?

Just checked, Cesar never won a World Cup. My mistake.

Kyle 'the 45 million' Walker

Andros 'the 13 million' Townsend

Both great players for us but really ££££..................

Clive's excellent article on the ffp debacle reminded me of a couple more:

Javier Chevanton and Oguchi Oneweyu (although I'm not sure the latter ever actually made an appearance)

Devon White...quite simply an understated R's legend...Bruno, Bruno, Bruno!
Question everything.

Or maybe, Paul Murray.

David Seaman seems to be 100% Arsenal in many memories.

Aziz Ben Askar, Eddie Kelly, Dean Sturridge, Fabio, Mark Stein, Stefan Moore.

The one who nearly played for us that I never forget is Ray Houghton. Deal agreed with Fulham, trained with us all 85/86 pre season and then signed for Oxford United who beat us in the Milk Cup Final that same season. He even scored their second. Grrrr.

Daniel Parejo.
"Football is the love of form. A spectacle that scarcely leaves a trace in the memory and does not enrich or impoverish knowledge. This is its appeal : it is exciting and empty." Mario Vargas Llosa

Was gonna say Steve Hodge, but since that's taken: Luke Young
