Jack Robinson

Post by dm » Sat Sep 30, 2017 12:25 pm

I think Jack Robinson deserves his own thread. Last night he found himself in the middle of defence again and, despite being a left back, was our best defender. He's been thrown into the deep end this season because of our injuries problems and, despite having played very few games in recent seasons, has steadily become a reliable figure in our back line. And, I feel we haven't seen the best of him yet.

Well done Robbo.

Hope he stays fit, and that we can get Hall and Ned back ASAP
If drink isn't the answer, you were asked the wrong question

We're not going to see Onuoha any time soon 3/4 months minimum. Pretty concerned about Hall. Is Caulker's injury serious? Hopefully, Lynch can find some form and fitness.

Agree Robinson has been doing well at CB and it's good to see him manage a string of games. I'd still like to see him at WB if we can get Caulker (or Hall) fit. A back 3 of Baptiste, Caulker, Lynch has a nice balance to it.

Caulker has a bone complaint called Idle.

For such a sick note Robbo looks as hard as nails, looks & plays like he's never missed a game in his life.

Yep, i like that about him. He's been unlucky, anyone can suffer that type of injury and then coming back after a year out and not having you biomechanics out of whack is a tough ask.

Could see him being a future QPR captain if he stays with us.
