Get in!!

I'd love Scowen to win this. Sylla's been superb this half.

Fancy some 'bags after the whistle.

We've had 25 shots - but scored two goals! Don't know whether to laugh or cry! :(

And Freeman's had 3 of those attempts in the last 5 minutes alone! (Unlucky, wasteful, or both?)

Well done boys, how many times did we hit the woodwork?

Gutted we didn't quite make it Andy?

Reads like one hell of a game - 28 goal attempts from us (14 on target)! Sounds like it should have been 7-2, not 2-2! (How/why wasn't it?) But that's got to be a point gained, I guess, after being 0-2 down with three quarters of the match played - even with a one man advantage. I await the 'Just Backs' with relish.

Good comeback, but Millwall should never have been allowed to score 2 goals at the Bush.
A work in progress is what they'd say concerning the team me thinks.

I'd say most would agree with that - including IH.

We're just a little short at the back and up front, I still think, but things are cooking, and we have cohesion, creativity and commitment. That's a real base to build from.

Great to win from behind, but can't help be disappointed. Crossing it into the box wasn't working but we carried on regardless, which was frustrating.

They played very narrow and deep. I don't think we had any other option but to play it wide. On another day it would've worked too. Unlucky not to win in the end but they were better 11 v 11.

But it wasn't another day, it was today when they had a monster back line beating us in the air. It's not a bad, but we could have played it into feet far more often than we did, instead favouring the ball out wide that was often poorly hit or easily cleared.

Smith and Washington should have been our monsters, then - they're hardly pussycats. I know Matt got our equaliser, but it sounds like both should have bettered that on the night on chances created.

Which points to a considerable problem with both players, Smith isn't the future of our attack despite
the goal tonight, I heard Washington huff, puff and only hit the woodwork.

I know Osayi-Samuel and Wheeler are wingers, but surely they can be introduced to cut in from whichever
wing they're on into the centre. I'd say Washington's place is shaky at best.

I can see why Ollie values Smith, Mackie and Washington for what he's trying to do - I think we all can. The one thing they have in common, unfortunately, is that all three will struggle to break into double figures this season in the onion-bag rustling department. I don't think any will make 15, and I'll be pleasantly surprised if two of them make 10+. Sylla is looking like he'll be peripheral at best, though he's probably the one most capable of doing so.

But, just maybe, we can hit the top half regardless - and even the top 6 - if the dice fall in our favour. If we play well enough as a team, and the likes of Luongo and Freeman get their share, who knows? There's more than one way to skin a cat or cut the cake. And I'm definitely seeing signs.
